The International Research Conference is a federated organization dedicated to bringing together a significant number of diverse scholarly events for presentation within the conference program. The University of Thessaly, Department of Civil Engineering, Traffic, Transportation and Logistics Laboratory – TTLog, organizes the 5th Conference on Sustainable Urban Mobility – CSUM2020 in Skiathos Island, Greece on 27 – 29 May 2020. The theme of this year’s Conference is:
“Advances in Mobility as a Service Systems”.
The main aim of the CSUM is the dissemination of knowledge and the exchange of good practices among researchers and practitioners in the domain of urban transportation.
This year marks the 60th anniversary of UN General Assembly Declaration of the Rights of the Child and the 30th Anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). As the most widely ratified international human rights treaty in history, the CRC has helped to ensure better protection for the rights of children across the globe. On a multilateral level, the EU places great emphasis on this topic.
The 3rd International Conference on Smart and Sustainable Planning for Cities and Regions 2019 is a high-level international communication platform for academics, researchers, professionals, and decision-makers gathering 200 participants from more than 20 countries.
The increasing deployment of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies is opening up new avenues of research opportunities towards that future. Although, there have been a number of deployments of diverse IoT systems in the urban space, our understanding of these systems and their implications has just scratched the surface.
Urb-IoT is the 4th EAI International Conference on IoT in Urban Space, which will discuss these new avenues for research and broaden our understanding of IoT technologies.

Every two years, the Child in the City Foundation organises the Child in the City World Conference. Started in 2002, each year the World Conference has been held in a different European city and has been attended by 300 delegates.

URBIS SMART CITY FAIR brings a smart combination of a trade fair and an exclusive conference programme, where leaders in the field of Smart City will be introduced. In the course of two days dozens of representatives of Central European cities and municipalities and leaders in innovations will meet with one goal – to share experience, ideas and examples of specific solutions, how to correctly develop a Smart City concept in cities.
