The puppet theater, movie screenings, aerobic sessions and many other fun activities are some of the gifts that children will enjoy at the Kiddy Festival in Iulius Park.
An unusual chess event is scheduled for the weekend of 9-10 May!
The festival will take place on the "BT Street", which is located on the Lipscani Street, in the historical center of Bucharest.
For the second consecutive year, Lipscani will turn into BT Street. The festival will consist in: dance shows, mime, improvisation, pantomime, outdoor concerts, parades, theater plays, painting exhibitions, storytelling, and for the first time, Chess demonstrations.
The Colors Association in Brasov continues the events with the “journey with the time vehicle” in the world of play and entertainment. Starting on June 28th, the association organizes a series of creative workshops, sports activities, street animation, huge balloons and many surprises on every Saturday in “Tractorul” Sports Park.
Continuing the project initiated five years ago to promote arts and culture, the Institute for Management and Sustainable Development (IMDD) organizes the “Children's Street”, bringing together teenagers and children from 3 to 14 years old. The "Children's Street" concept is based on a set of cultural and educational workshops designed to introduce young people to the art world and non-formal education, and to help them develop their skills. Next year, the project will bring together representatives of the media, non-governmental organizations and companies.
