IN SITU, European platform for artistic creation in public space will hold the IN SITU ACT Conference in Brussels at La Tricoterie on Thursday, 23 April 2020.
The world conference, which takes place every two years, is a key opportunity for children’s professionals, city planners, social workers, academics, designers and policymakers to share knowledge, good practice and research findings from the various disciplines that are important to the shared aim of creating child-friendly cities. Creating dialogue is the most important aspect of the conference.

Following a record-breaking conference in Brussels, which brought together over 600 participants in November 2019, the 2020 Polis Annual Conference will take place in Arnhem-Nijmegen City Region, Netherlands, on 2-3 December 2020.
The Polis Annual Conference provides an opportunity for cities and regions to showcase their transport achievements to a large audience of mobility experts, practitioners and decision-makers. There are several important dates to be aware of:
The Smart Mobility Congress will take place in Barcelona between 17 and 19 November 2020. It is a global event that acts as a platform to help accelerate the development and uptake of mobility products, services and projects and to shorten the time that it takes for these to reach the market. The products, services and products presented at the Congress aim to tackle the urban mobility challenges faced by modern cities and economies. The event will bring together experts and practitioners to discuss case studies and to network.
The 4th Euro-Mediterranean Conference on “VISIONING MED 2020+ / Mediterranean in Transition: Preserving the Past - Preparing for the Future”, will be held in Athens, Greece, 9-10 October 2020.

The Association for European Transport is hosting the 48th European Transport Conference in Milan in September. Over the course of three days, this event will showcase keynote speeches, research sessions, networking opportunities with international colleagues and provide access to conference papers. During the study trip's two-day programme you will learn a lot about planning and promotion of cycling in Denmark.
