Smart and Sustainable Planning for Cities and Regions 2019

The 3rd International Conference on Smart and Sustainable Planning for Cities and Regions 2019 is a high-level international communication platform for academics, researchers, professionals, and decision-makers gathering 200 participants from more than 20 countries.

Smart and Sustainable Planning for Cities and Regions 2019 (SSPCR 2019) offers a place where research can turn into practice and visionary approaches into (planning) policies and tools for local authorities and decision-makers in urban and regional contexts. SSPCR 2019 explores the impact of academic research, the opportunities for scaling-up and replicability of pilot projects, and the added value of local bottom-up initiatives in relation to complex challenges posed by the smart city/region approach.
